We are looking for a HIGHLY SKILLED AND CREATIVE FEMALE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER with clinic or healthcare industry experience to lead our digital presence and drive effective marketing strategies.
Only candidates with minimum 2+ years of clinic experience will be considered.
(Female Only – Clinic Experience Required)

The ideal candidate must be able to strategize, shoot, edit, create content, manage campaigns, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

2. Campaign Management

  • Oversee and manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid ads).
  • Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Improve campaign performance through continuous testing and optimization.

3. Content Creation & Branding

  • Shoot and edit videos, reels, photos, and promotional content for clinic services.
  • Work closely with designers, photographers, and videographers to create high-quality digital material.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online channels.
  • Manage website content, landing pages, and user experience improvements.

4. Social Media & Engagement

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
  • Create monthly content calendars and oversee daily posting activities.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Insights.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

6. Email & CRM Marketing

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.
  • Manage CRM tools to segment audiences, nurture leads, and improve customer retention.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2+ years of digital marketing experience in a clinic/healthcare environment (mandatory)
  • Strong experience in shooting, editing, and producing content
  • Proven ability to deliver strong marketing results and meet KPIs
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and CRM platforms
  • Strong communication and creative skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of healthcare/dermatology/aesthetic clinic marketing
  • Familiarity with Instagram & TikTok trends and content strategies
  • Ability to think creatively and deliver brand-focused content
  • Understanding of patient acquisition funnels
