Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies for our IT and Non-IT educational applications. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion through social media marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, and digital promotions. The ideal candidate is highly creative, data-driven, and experienced in marketing educational technology products or e-learning platforms.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for the promotion of IT & Non-IT educational apps.
- Plan campaigns to increase brand visibility, downloads, and user engagement.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending across channels.
2. Social Media Marketing
- Create and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
- Run targeted ad campaigns to drive leads, improve engagement, and build a strong online presence.
- Track and report performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions.
3. SEO & Website Optimization
- Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and product pages to improve ranking and organic traffic.
- Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and educational content.
4. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
- Design and execute lead-generation campaigns through email marketing, paid ads, and content funnels.
- Use marketing automation tools for nurturing leads and converting them into customers.
- Monitor and improve conversion rates (CRO) across digital touchpoints.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital campaign effectiveness.
6. Collaboration & Product Promotion
- Work closely with the sales, content, and product teams to understand product features and marketing goals.
- Develop promotional materials, videos, creatives, and marketing assets with design teams.
- Manage influencer collaborations, affiliate marketing, and partnership campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in EdTech, IT training, or educational product promotion.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead-generation funnels.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights for optimization.
- Excellent communication, content planning, and creative thinking skills.
Preferred Specializations
- Experience promoting educational apps (IT & Non-IT).
- Knowledge of trending marketing strategies in EdTech.
- Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot).
- Ability to create performance-driven campaigns targeting students, working professionals, and skill-development prospects.
