About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in shaping the online presence and brand visibility of the interior design office. The position is responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies that showcase the firm’s design expertise, attract prospective clients, and enhance overall brand engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and design goals.
  • Conduct competitive research and analyse market trends within the interior design and architecture sectors.
  • Manage and optimise digital marketing budgets to maximise ROI.

2. Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and oversee content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Showcase interior design projects through engaging visual storytelling.
  • Monitor insights, track performance, and refine strategies to increase followers and engagement.

3. Content Creation & Campaign Execution

  • Oversee production of high-quality content including design portfolios, project walkthroughs, blogs, reels, and client stories.
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns for new launches, services, and seasonal promotions.
  • Coordinate with in-house designers, photographers, and videographers for content shoots.

4. Website & SEO Management

  • Manage the company website and ensure regular updates of project pages, blogs, and service offerings.
  • Implement SEO best practices targeting interior design and home décor keywords.
  • Track website performance through Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.

5. Performance Marketing

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Pinterest Ads).
  • Optimise campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Analyse performance metrics and submit monthly reports on KPIs.

6. Client Engagement & Lead Management

  • Support the sales team by generating high-quality leads through digital channels.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing.
  • Measure client engagement and recommend improvements.

7. Brand Management

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
  • Strengthen the company’s reputation in the interior design industry through PR, online reviews, and collaborations.
  • Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships, industry events, and design platforms.

8. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report on digital marketing KPIs including traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in interior design, architecture, real estate, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong understanding of design aesthetics and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, SEO tools, CRM software, Canva/Figma, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with content creation and social media management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with creative teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
