Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop and optimize campaigns across multiple digital platforms to strengthen brand presence, increase website traffic, and drive qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize SEO, SEM, PPC, and display advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Lead the company’s social media marketing strategy, ensuring consistent brand tone and engagement.
  • Oversee content creation for blogs, email campaigns, advertisements, and the company website.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, and product) to align marketing goals with business objectives.
  • Manage email marketing, lead nurturing, and automation workflows to boost conversions.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing to enhance strategy and execution.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and reputation management across all digital channels.
  • Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports to management with actionable insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing management.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and digital analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, or other CMS platforms.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
