Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services online. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating qualified leads and sales through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing and content marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and manage social media presence across platforms(LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X).
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Analyze web analytics and campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage company website updates and ensure strong user experience and conversion optimization.
  • Stay current on digital trends, tools and best practices to keep company competitive.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools and CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising, email automation and web analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, project management and analytic skills.
  • Creative thinker with data-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization(CRO), and remarketing campaigns.
  • Basic HTML/CSS or WordPress knowledge.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools(Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels.

Performance Metrics:

  • Growth in website traffic and engagement.
  • Lead generation and conversion rates.
  • ROI on paid campaigns.
  • Social media reach and follower growth.
  • Brand visibility and sentiment improvement.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
