Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership ability, and hands-on expertise across various digital marketing functions including SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), graphic design, and video production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals (graphics, video, SEO, SMM).
• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-quality marketing materials.
• Manage social media platforms, content planning, and execution.
• Oversee SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns and projects.
• Analyze marketing data, generate reports, and present insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Strong team leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital tools.
• Understanding of graphic design and video content creation workflows.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• Creative thinking with problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
