About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee our marketing strategy, manage the team, and drive strong growth across digital channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital marketing, team management, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketers (SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, etc.).
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Analyze data, prepare performance reports, and ensure KPIs/ROI targets are met.
• Coordinate with design, content, and product teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Implement A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media ads, email marketing, and analytics.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and CRM tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or agency environments (optional).
• Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or Meta (preferred).
