Role: Digital Marketing Manager

Banerjee Group is looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence, drive brand visibility, and manage end-to-end digital operations across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand reach and engagement.
• Manage online campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.

Social Media Management (SMM)

• Handle daily posting, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Improve website ranking, keyword research, backlinks, and technical SEO.
• Regular performance audits to enhance organic traffic.

Creative & Media Designing

• Create visually appealing creatives, banners, videos, and promotional materials.
• Design marketing assets using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Content Designing

• Develop engaging content for social media, digital ads, and website.
• Ensure all communication reflects the brand identity.

Digital Promotion & Campaign Management

• Run paid ads through Meta Business Suite and other ad platforms.
• Monitor analytics and generate performance reports.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, SMM, SEO
• Strong command over Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and other digital tools
• Creative mindset with strong design and content abilities
• Knowledge of digital trends, ad formats, and analytics
