About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead, strategize, and optimize our digital marketing efforts across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, ROI-focused, and experienced in executing successful digital campaigns that drive growth, lead generation, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
• Lead SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategies
• Track and measure campaign performance (KPIs, ROAS, CPA, conversions etc.)
• Optimize landing pages and user funnels for high conversion
• Manage website analytics using GA4, GTM, and reporting dashboards
• Coordinate with internal teams — content, design, sales, product, CRM
• Stay updated with industry trends, digital tools, and algorithm updates
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI
• Develop monthly and quarterly performance reports

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven expertise in:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• SEO & SEM practices
• Google Analytics / GA4
• Google Tag Manager
• Email marketing platforms
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
• Knowledge of A/B testing, remarketing strategies, funnel optimization
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Experience in a performance marketing or growth marketing role
• Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Analytics (plus point)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
