Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of online strategy, lead generation, audience engagement, and campaign execution. If you’ve spent the last several years shaping digital growth for tech, telecom, or media brands, and you love the challenge of turning leads into revenue—this role is built for you. Candidates with experience in the media industry or fast-paced digital environments will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing strategies across all channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Affiliates, etc.).
Drive lead generation initiatives with measurable results, and design funnels to increase conversion from leads to actual sales.
Plan and manage digital campaigns for ISP products, new launches, brand awareness, and customer retention.
Oversee content strategy, creative direction, and audience targeting across platforms.
Build, train, and mentor a team of Digital Marketing Executives, ensuring productivity, growth, and adherence to KPIs.
Manage and optimize budgets, allocate spends, and measure ROI across campaigns.
Conduct competitive analysis, customer behavior insights, and trend monitoring to refine marketing direction.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Support for integrated marketing execution.
Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and ensure high-quality output from the marketing team.
Build conversion-focused landing pages and optimize lead nurturing processes.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in performance marketing, PPC campaigns, social media ads, and targeted digital promotions.
Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, keyword strategy, and content optimization.
Proven experience in lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar tools.
Strong knowledge of analytics tools: Google Analytics, Data Studio, Search Console, CRM dashboards.
Ability to plan and execute multimedia campaigns including video, reels, creative content, and mailers.
Excellent team leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of customer segmentation, user journey mapping, and retargeting strategies.
Ability to convert marketing insights into actionable strategies with clear KPIs.
Familiarity with ISP/telecom domain is a strong advantage.
Certifications
5–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in ISP, telecom, tech, or media industries.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Mass Communication, or relevant field.
Certifications preferred: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Digital Marketing, SEO certifications, etc.
Proven track record of managing teams and delivering measurable growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
