- Sales reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

- Strategy development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and achieve business goals.
- Campaign execution: Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, and email marketing.
- Content creation: Develop and manage content for property listings and promotional materials.
- Market research: Conduct market research to understand trends, identify target audiences, and analyze competitor activities.
- Lead generation: Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive property sales.
- Promotional events: Organize promotional events to showcase properties.
