We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager (2–4 Years Experience)
Location: Kolkata
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Are you a creative, hands-on, and strategic digital marketer ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can lead campaigns end-to-end, manage a talented team, and be the bridge between clients and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Coordination & Outdoor Shoot Assistance

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Assist the team during on-site client shoots, ensuring seamless execution and brand consistency.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and support the internal digital marketing team.
• Allocate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure quality delivery across all channels.

360° Digital Marketing Execution

• Oversee and contribute to campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, content, email marketing, influencer marketing, paid ads, and analytics.
• Optimize performance and ROI through continuous strategy refinement and data analysis.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client handling.
• Prior experience in team management or leadership roles.
• Willingness to be part of outdoor shoots and understand on-ground execution.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, SEO tools, etc.
