Key duties include managing campaigns across channels like SEO, social media, and email, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing website content and user experience. They often oversee budgets and teams, ensure consistent brand messaging, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies. Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including paid media (PPC), social media, and email marketing.
  • SEO and Content: Optimize website content for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve the website's design, user experience, and content.
  • Social Media: Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and run paid social media campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use web analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and generate reports to inform future strategies.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
  • Team and Agency Management: Lead internal teams or manage relationships with external agencies.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms and channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and use insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising platforms is essential. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is often required, as noted by Betterteam and Multiplier.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
