Digital Marketing Manager – Rama Mining Tools Pvt. Ltd.
Job Description**
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing RMT’s digital strategy to strengthen brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and support global business growth. This includes managing online campaigns, optimizing the company’s website, creating technical content, and promoting RMT’s pneumatic tools, rock drilling tools, and construction/mining equipment across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with RMT’s business goals.

Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and industry-specific platforms.

Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve search rankings for keywords related to mining tools, rock drilling tools, and pneumatic equipment.
2. Website & SEO Management

Manage the RMT website, regularly update product pages, and ensure accurate technical content.

Conduct keyword analysis, on-page/off-page SEO, and technical SEO improvements.

Improve website performance, page load speed, UX, and lead capture forms.
3. Content Creation & Marketing

Create and oversee the development of content such as:

Product descriptions and technical content

Blogs on mining/construction applications

Case studies, success stories, and whitepapers

Brochures, catalog PDFs, and landing pages
-
Coordinate product photoshoots and video demos of RMT tools.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
4. Social Media Management

Manage RMT’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

Create engaging posts showcasing products, applications, manufacturing processes, customer success, and industry updates.

Grow the follower base and improve engagement metrics.
5. Lead Generation & Online Sales Support

Develop and optimize lead generation funnels for domestic and international markets.

Track and nurture lead through CRM tools and coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-up.

Manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho.
6. Analytics & Reporting

Track performance of all digital campaigns using Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.

Prepare weekly and monthly digital reports (traffic, leads, conversions, ad ROI).

Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
7. Coordination & Cross-Functional Work

Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to align digital activities with market requirements.

Support the marketing team in exhibitions, trade fairs, and product launch campaigns.
Required Skills & Competencies
-
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.

Experience in similar industry, preferably industrial tools, machinery, mining equipment, or engineering products.

Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs).

Ability to create or supervise product-related technical content.

Good understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation.

Creative thinking and strong project management skills.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.

3–8 years of digital marketing experience (industrial sector preferred).

Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing are an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field, Graduate (preferred)
