Role Overview

We are seeking a Full-Stack Digital Marketing & Brand Manager who can independently manage end-to-end digital marketing, branding, content strategy, and web presence for Neolysi. This role will initially be an individual contributor and will evolve into leading a digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals

Manage and optimize company website, SEO, social media presence, and paid campaigns

Develop brand messaging and ensure consistent brand identity across channels

Create and manage content strategy: blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, case studies

Plan and run targeted lead generation campaigns across digital platforms

Monitor analytics through GA, GSC, and paid platforms — prepare periodic performance reports

Drive marketing automation and CRM-based customer engagement

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies when required

Support event marketing, PR communication, and corporate presentations

Identify team needs and participate in recruitment for future marketing roles

Required Skills

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and Content Strategy

Website management experience (User Experience perspective, HTML, CSS, Angular etc.,)

Hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp/HubSpot

Strong creative sense to review/guide design and video content

Excellent communication and copywriting skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment

Data-driven decision-making mindset

Nice to Have

Experience in B2B tech marketing

Understanding of ERP, cloud, analytics, or SAP ecosystem (not mandatory)

Familiarity with brand research and UX principles

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field

(MBA in Marketing is a plus)
