Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our digital presence at Skill Park. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. You will oversee paid advertising campaigns, manage and grow our social media channels, develop high-performing content, and drive lead-generation initiatives that support our business goals.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging, analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Analytics, and CRM systems, and implement data-backed strategies for continuous improvement. You will also guide interns and junior team members, ensuring quality output and effective workflow management.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital marketing, excellent communication and design sense, and the ability to think creatively while executing with precision. A proactive, analytical mindset and the ability to stay updated with industry trends are highly valued. Performance-based incentives and opportunities for leadership growth will be provided.
