About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on B2B Marketing professional with 7+ years of experience in SaaS,
enterprise technology, or IT services, to lead strategic marketing initiatives across content,
product positioning, demand generation, and go-to-market (GTM) programs.
The ideal candidate is skilled in developing integrated marketing programs that drive
awareness, engagement, and qualified demand generation, working closely with Sales and
Global Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Product Marketing
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key service offerings across North
America and Europe
  • Define service positioning, messaging frameworks, and differentiators aligned with
customer needs and market insights.
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to build persuasive sales enablement materials,
case studies, and presentations.

Content & Demand Generation
  • Build and manage an integrated content strategy that drives visibility, engagement, and
lead generation.
  • Oversee editorial planning, SEO optimization, and creation of digital assets (blogs, web
content, brochures, and thought-leadership pieces).
  • Provide help to ABM, and design & execute demand generation campaigns to
accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Lead email marketing and digital campaign strategies to nurture leads and boost
MQL-to-SQL conversions.

Collaboration & Enablement
  • Align closely with global marketing teams to ensure regional marketing initiatives support
overarching brand goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Technical teams to create compelling
narratives and campaign assets.
  • Support internal and external events, trade shows, and webinars to strengthen market
presence.

Digital & Analytics
  • Oversee and analyze organic and paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Display,
Email, etc.) to enhance reach and engagement.
  • Manage HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools for lead management and
campaign performance tracking.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for
continuous optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or IT services industries.
  • Proven expertise in:
  • Marketing and GTM strategy
  • Content and demand generation programs
  • Sales enablement and cross-functional collaboration

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, digital campaigns, and analytics.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.

Good to have Attributes
  • Experience working in global or regional marketing roles across North America and
Europe.
  • Background in enterprise software, digital transformation, or IT services domains.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into compelling business value propositions.
