Digital Marketing/Marketing Lead – 4+ Years Experience
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Marketing Lead to drive our digital marketing initiatives with a strong focus on SEO, automation, performance analytics, and paid media strategy. This role is ideal for someone who excels in technical execution, loves automation, and can lead high-impact digital marketing strategies across organic and paid channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy & Automation- Build and execute an organic search strategy to grow rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Technical SEO- Lead the technical SEO roadmap with product and engineering teams. Optimize site architecture, Core Web Vitals, indexation, mobile UX, and site speed.
- Content Strategy- Guide data-backed content planning using semantic analysis and intent mapping. Automate on-page optimization, metadata, and performance tracking.
- Performance Analysis- Define KPIs for organic and paid channels. Use GA4, Search Console, and analytics tools to track performance, run A/B tests, and deliver insights.
- PPC & Paid Media- Manage Google Ads and social advertising campaigns. Use automation for bidding, optimization, and ROI improvement.
- Team Leadership- Mentor and manage a small marketing function; promote data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications (4+ Years)
- Strong experience in Digital Marketing, especially SEO and campaign management.
- Hands-on expertise in SEO automation (Python, Zapier, APIs).
- Deep technical SEO knowledge: JavaScript SEO, schema, sitemaps, hreflang, redirects.
- Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and analytics platforms.
- Strong data interpretation and communication skills.
