About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our online marketing initiatives across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and SEO. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating high-quality leads, optimizing campaigns for better ROI, and managing SEO strategies that improve organic visibility and rankings.

This role requires strategic thinking, analytical ability, and a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation (Meta & Google Ads)

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) focused on lead generation and conversions.
  • Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives to maximize ROI.
  • Create compelling ad creatives and collaborate with design/content teams when necessary.
  • Implement A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and audience segmentation.
  • Track conversions through GA4, Meta Events Manager, and Google Tag Manager.

2. SEO Management

  • Manage end-to-end SEO projects including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to improve organic rankings.
  • Work with developers to fix technical SEO issues such as site speed, indexing, mobile-friendliness, and structured data.
  • Create SEO reports, track performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Develop link-building strategies to improve domain authority.

3. Strategy & Analytics

  • Develop monthly digital marketing strategies to achieve lead and revenue targets.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights to present to management and clients.
  • Identify new opportunities, tools, and trends to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently.

4. Collaboration & Project Handling

  • Coordinate with designers, content writers, developers, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Create marketing funnels and optimize landing pages for higher conversions.
  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables across digital marketing projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO management.
  • Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and other analytics tools.
  • Ability to create and optimize lead generation funnels.
  • Experience with keyword research tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or SEO tools.
  • Experience working in agency environments or handling multiple projects.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and landing page builders.
