Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with hospital goals.
  • Plan and execute online campaigns for service lines (e.g., cardiology, orthopedics, maternity, etc.).
  • Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and healthcare platforms.
  • Coordinate with doctors, departments, and management for campaign inputs.

2. Website Management

  • Oversee hospital website content updates, landing pages, and SEO optimization.
  • Work with IT/agency teams to improve user experience, page speed, and lead conversion.
  • Ensure accurate and updated information on all digital platforms.

3. Social Media Management

  • Manage hospital social media pages and drive engagement through relevant content.
  • Create and schedule posts related to health awareness, events, doctor expertise, and achievements.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and patient inquiries promptly.

4. Content Creation

  • Develop content for blogs, newsletters, videos, and awareness posts.
  • Coordinate with doctors for expert videos, testimonials, and educational content.
  • Ensure content follows hospital brand guidelines and medical accuracy.

5. Online Reputation Management (ORM)

  • Monitor and respond to patient reviews on Google, Practo, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate with patient care teams to resolve negative feedback constructively.
  • Work towards improving the hospital’s overall online rating.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
  • Recommend improvements based on data insights.

7. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing team, operations, CRM, and management.
  • Coordinate with external digital agencies, photographers, and content creators.
  • Support hospital events, camps, and outreach programs with digital promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 6–7 years of experience in digital marketing; healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Good communication, content writing, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
