Responsibilities:

  • Planning and optimizing Google/Youtube/Linkedin Ads & paid campaigns with clear ROI focus
  • Develop, implement, and manage SEM campaigns across Google Search Ads, Bing Search Ads, and SA360
  • Stay updated on the latest SEM trends, tools, and best practices
  • Writing and designing engaging content — from emailers to blog posts and guest features
  • Develop and implement SEO/GenAI strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
  • Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, headers, image optimization, and internal linking
  • Execute off-page SEO campaigns including link building, outreach, and guest posting
  • Tracking performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights, etc.) and reporting learnings weekly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital or growth marketing (B2B focus a must)
  • Strong copywriting skills and creative thinking
  • Understanding of SaaS or CRM products (travel industry exposure is a big plus)
  • Proficient in Google Search Ads, Bing Search Ads, and SA360
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page optimization strategies
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress management can be a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
