  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

  • UGC sourcing or coordination skills
  • Basic design/video editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Shopify or WooCommerce

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta ad campaigns (TOF, MOF, BOF)
  • Develop creative briefs for UGC, reels, and product-focused ads
  • Test multiple ad creatives, placements, and audience segments
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPM
  • Set up and manage pixel tracking, custom events, and attribution
  • Create weekly reports and share insights
  • Coordinate with creative/design teams for new content
  • Scale winning ad sets strategically (horizontal & vertical scaling)
  • Proven results with D2C or eCommerce brands (preferably low AOV)
  • Strong understanding of funnels, audience segmentation, and creative strategy
  • Able to analyze metrics and take data-backed decisions
  • Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Triple Whale, or UTM tracking
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication
  • Hands on experience of Shopify Store

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
