Core Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, UAC, Programmatic). CAC, ROAS, Spend vs. Target.
Organic Growth & SEO
- Lead keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO initiatives.
- Coordinate content calendar with faculty & content team. Non-paid traffic growth, SERP rankings improvement
Analytics & Experimentation
- Build and maintain performance dashboards.
- Design and run A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and pricing strategies. Test velocity, lift vs. control
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in B2C Tech, EdTech, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Proven Expertise: Demonstrated command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.
- Important: Candidates MUST have prior knowledge and demonstrable experience in running advertising campaigns specifically for in-App Purchases (IAP).
- Strong Analytical Mindset: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; able to analyze data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Compelling Copywriting: Excellent sense for creating engaging copy tailored to a medical-exam preparation audience (English + Hinglish preferred).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
