As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing integrated digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, high-quality leads, engagement, and revenue growth. You will oversee multiple channels – Performance Marketing, Social Media, SEO, Content, Email, and Automation – while managing a team and collaborating closely with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning

Build and own digital marketing roadmaps aligned with business and campaign goals.

Decide the right channel mix (Search, Social, Display, Video, SEO, Email, etc.) for each brand.
Campaign Management
-
Oversee performance and brand campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Ensure campaigns meet targets for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and key funnel metrics.
Team & Workflow Management

Lead and coordinate a cross-functional digital team (performance, social, SEO, content, design).

Assign tasks, track deadlines, and ensure smooth, timely delivery.
Client & Stakeholder Communication

Act as primary point of contact for key accounts.

Lead review calls, share performance updates, and present action plans.
Analytics & Reporting

Monitor performance using GA4, ad dashboards, and CRM tools.

Convert data into clear reports and optimization recommendations; lead MBRs/QBRs.
Funnel & Experience Optimization

Work with teams to improve landing pages, forms, tracking, and user journeys.

Suggest UX, copy, and offer tweaks to improve conversion rates.
Brand & Content Direction

Guide content themes, social media direction, and campaign ideas from a business outcome lens.

Ensure all digital touchpoints are on-brand and consistent.
Market & Trend Awareness

Stay updated on platform changes, tools, and competitor activity.

Test new formats and approaches to keep strategies fresh and effective.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial/lead role (preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment).
Skills & Competencies

Basic SEO/Content coordination (you don’t have to be an SEO expert, but should understand the fundamentals).

Solid grasp of tools/platforms such as:

Google Ads, Meta Business Manager/Ads Manager

Any CRM, marketing automation, or reporting tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Data Studio/Looker Studio – good to have).

Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset – comfortable reading dashboards, identifying trends, and making decisions.

Excellent communication & presentation skills – ability to explain digital strategies and performance clearly to clients and leadership.

Strong project management, time management, and multi-tasking abilities across multiple brands/campaigns.

People management skills – ability to guide, mentor, and motivate team members while maintaining accountability.

Certifications like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc. will be a strong plus.
