Job Description:

We are seeking a young and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to drive key performance

metrics and optimize our digital presence. The role involves developing and managing paid

marketing campaigns across multiple platforms while ensuring continuous optimization and

efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads,

Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms.

 Handle all aspects of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media

Marketing (SMM), including keyword targeting, optimization, and campaign

performance tracking.

 Optimize ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.

 Execute and manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google

Ads, Social Media Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and Email Marketing.

 Perform keyword research using various tools and implement best practices for

audience targeting.

 Track and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend data-

driven optimizations.

 Implement remarketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other digital

platforms.

 Continuously experiment with new advertising channels and strategies to enhance

conversions and lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 1 to 2 years of experience in running performance-based digital marketing

campaigns.

 Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display networks.

 Experience in executing remarketing campaigns on Google and social media

platforms.

 Proficiency in campaign management, keyword research, and optimization

techniques.

 Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate reports for campaign

improvements.

 Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
