A Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects, managing teams, and ensuring that all client campaigns run smoothly and successfully. They coordinate between the clients and the internal teams design, content, web, video, and marketing to make sure every project is completed on time and meets quality standards.

Their role includes planning marketing strategies, assigning work to team members, monitoring progress, solving problems, and maintaining strong communication with clients. They also analyze campaign performance, guide the team, improve processes, and help the company grow by delivering excellent results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management & Leadership

*Lead, guide, and support teams such as design, content, web development, video editing, and digital marketing.
*Assign tasks, monitor timelines, and ensure smooth workflow.
*Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
*Provide constructive feedback and help team members improve performance.

2. Client Coordination & Relationship Management

*Act as the main point of contact between clients and the internal team.
*Understand client requirements clearly and convert them into actionable plans.
*Ensure timely delivery of projects according to the client’s expectations.
*Maintain strong relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
*Handle client escalations and provide quick solutions.

3. Project Planning & Execution

*Create project timelines, allocate resources, and plan deliverables.
*Coordinate with multiple departments to make sure the right tasks are completed on time.
*Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
*Maintain detailed documentation of all projects.

4. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

*Strategize and plan marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
*Oversee social media management, content creation, advertising campaigns, branding activities, and promotional events.
*Analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts.
*Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and client goals.

5. Quality Control

*Review all creative outputs—designs, videos, content, websites, ads—before sending to clients.
*Ensure every deliverable meets quality standards and is error-free.
*Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

6. Reporting & Analytics

*Prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients and management.
*Measure campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
*Identify gaps and recommend improvements.

7. Operations & Administrative Tasks

*Manage project schedules, budgets, and invoices.
*Coordinate with HR for hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
*Ensure smooth office operations and maintain records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
*2–5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or project management.
*Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
*Excellent communication and client-handling ability.
*Good understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and advertising processes.
*Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
