Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels with emphasis on paid advertising utilizing connected TV, social and search engine platforms, and Amazon related marketing tools to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate sales. They will analyze campaign performance, manage budgets, and collaborate with other departments and external vendors to align digital efforts with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of execution with expertise in direct-to-consumer marketing, content creation, and data analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and achieve measurable results.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategy development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals, including plans for connected TV, paid social and search engine platforms, Amazon, email, and other channels.
  • Campaign management: Oversee the day-to-day execution of digital campaigns, from creation to analysis, and ensure they are optimized for performance.
  • Content management: Develop and manage digital marketing content, ensuring consistent and high-quality content across all channels. Provide creative lead and direction for the content.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze online statistics and campaign performance using web analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement and report insights to leadership.
  • Budget management: Collaborate with management to set and manage the digital marketing budget.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, product, creative) and external vendors to ensure messaging consistency and successful campaign execution.

Essential skills

  • Digital marketing management: Proven experience in digital marketing utilizing connected TV, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Amazon Advertising, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Technical proficiency: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce, and adverting analytics. Familiarity with video content development is required.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Conversion optimization: Conduct conversion optimization initiatives to improve landing pages, call-to-actions, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Project management: Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Manage social media marketing efforts including Facebook Advertising, social media management tools, and content scheduling.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with teams, presenting to leadership, and managing external relationships.
  • Creativity: A creative and innovative mindset to develop compelling content and campaigns.
  • Trend awareness: Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, including AI.

Performance Goals and Metrics

  • Sales generation: Growth of direct-to-consumer sales of our products on Amazon and our website will be key metric. Goals to be mutually established.
  • Key performance indicators: Sales must be generated within established financial metrics including ROAS, CTR, bounce rate, and total ROI.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
