Role Overview

Archideus is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our organic marketing efforts over the next four months, with a focus on building brand authority, inbound lead flow, and long-term demand for premium office and residential interior projects.

This role is strategic and execution-oriented, requiring strong content leadership, systems thinking, and a deep understanding of how organic visibility translates into qualified client inquiries in high-value service businesses.

Key Objectives

  • Build a consistent organic inbound lead pipeline
  • Create scalable content and SEO systems that reduce long-term dependency on paid media

Key Responsibilities
1. Organic Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and own the organic content strategy across:
  • Instagram (Reels, Carousels)
  • LinkedIn (Founder-led thought leadership)
  • YouTube (Project walkthroughs, process explainers)
  • Website (Blogs, case studies, SEO landing pages)
  • Ensure effective repurposing of long-form content into short-form formats across platforms

2. Brand Authority & Thought Leadership

  • Convert real projects into high-value content:
  • Site progress and execution walkthroughs
  • Budget, timeline, and decision-making insights
  • Design-to-execution process explanations

3. SEO & Inbound Marketing Foundations

  • Execute SEO strategies targeting high-intent keywords related to office and interior design services
  • Publish keyword-driven blogs, FAQs, and service pages
  • Optimize Google Business Profile and local search visibility

4. Community Engagement & Lead Nurturing

  • Drive meaningful engagement on social platforms through comments, DMs, and community interaction
  • Convert organic interest into inquiries, consultations, and CRM-tracked leads
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to ensure consistent messaging and follow-ups

5. Systems, Reporting & Automation

  • Build structured workflows for content planning, approvals, and publishing
  • Implement basic email and WhatsApp nurture sequences for organic leads
  • Track and report on organic performance metrics and lead conversions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Consistent achievement of monthly content output targets
  • Growth in organic reach, profile visits, and inbound inquiries
  • Increase in consultation bookings from organic sources
  • SEO traction (impressions, keyword rankings, inbound traffic)
  • Lead-to-consultation conversion rate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,283.10 - ₹30,000.00 per month
