Position Overview
We are seeking a high-ownership Digital Marketing professional to drive demand generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement across all digital channels. The role requires a data-driven mindset, hands-on execution capability, and a strategic orientation toward scaling revenue.

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and industry-relevant platforms.
  • Own CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion funnel performance.
  • Scale high-ROI campaigns and eliminate underperforming spends with precision.

2. SEO & Organic Growth

  • Lead on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword planning, and backlink strategy.
  • Improve domain authority, SERP rankings, and organic pipeline.
  • Own website traffic growth targets.

3. Content & Creative Strategy

  • Drive structured content calendars across video, social, blogs, email, and ads.
  • Collaborate with designers for high-impact creatives—reels, motion graphics, ads, product explainers.
  • Maintain brand consistency and sharpen brand voice.

4. Social Media Management

  • Build strong presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage engagement, DMs, community interactions, and follower growth metrics.

5. Marketing Automation & CRM Integration

  • Design automated workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and retention via tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Implement email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and drip sequences.
  • Work closely with sales to align MQL → SQL → Opportunity handovers.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Own dashboards for traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI analytics.
  • Track KPIs: Cost per Lead, Conversion Rate, ROAS, Organic Growth, Engagement Rate.
  • Publish weekly and monthly performance reports.

7. Website & Landing Page Optimization

  • Manage updates, UX improvements, speed optimization, and CRO (A/B testing).
  • Build high-converting landing pages for campaigns, events, and product pages.

8. Brand Development & Campaign Execution

  • Execute integrated campaigns for product launches, exhibitions, webinars, and partner programs.
  • Strengthen digital brand footprint across all customer touchpoints.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, SEO, and social media management.
  • Strong command over tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Canva/Adobe Suite, Zoho/HubSpot.
  • Ability to work under aggressive growth expectations.
  • Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and content sense.
  • Proficiency in campaign budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management.
  • High execution discipline and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (for Executive).
  • 5–8 years with team leadership experience (for Manager).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
