About Us

Clover and Sage Properties LLC is a fast-growing real estate brokerage specializing in luxury and residential properties across the UAE. As we expand our digital presence locally and internationally, we are looking for a warm, collaborative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online lead generation efforts.

Role Summary

You will manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across major platforms to generate high-quality real estate leads from global markets. This role requires strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing—along with the ability to lower CPL, improve conversions, and support our sales team with consistent lead flow.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and manage ROI-focused ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms.
  • Generate high-quality leads for Dubai real estate projects (off-plan & ready).
  • Optimize campaigns daily to reduce CPL and improve lead-to-appointment conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audience targeting, copy, and landing pages.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Build and track core KPIs including CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
  • Monitor performance through Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics/GA4, and CRM dashboards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensure accurate tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters.

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Collaborate with the creative team on ad visuals, videos, landing pages, and script direction.
  • Ensure all creatives are tailored to international audiences to improve conversion rates.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct competitive analysis and audience research for global markets (India, Europe, USA, Africa, GCC, etc.)
  • Identify new marketing channels, targeting opportunities, and campaign growth areas.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing best practices and Dubai real estate trends.

CRM, Lead Flow & Automation

  • Coordinate closely with the sales/CRM team to ensure smooth lead flow and fast follow-up.
  • Implement simple automations for lead nurturing (WhatsApp flows, and retargeting funnels.)
  • Support building an efficient lead journey from enquiry to appointment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in Dubai real estate or high-ticket sales.
  • Proven results managing performance campaigns with strong lead generation outcomes.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with CRMs like Bitrix, Zoho, or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Bonus:

  • Multi-region campaign experience.
  • Knowledge of SEO and real estate project launches.
  • Basic design/video editing or email marketing background.
