JOB Description of Digital Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing professional to lead and execute online marketing strategies for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will manage campaigns across digital platforms, generate qualified leads, enhance brand visibility, and support sales teams in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns for residential and commercial projects.
  • Manage Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and other PPC channels.
  • Monitor CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals.

2. Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement a content strategy for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Oversee daily posting, engagement, and community management.
  • Create real-estate–specific content such as project updates, walkthroughs, customer testimonials, and market insights.

3. Website & SEO

  • Optimize website pages for real estate keywords to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Manage landing pages for each property with a focus on conversions.
  • Collaborate with developers/designers on website updates.

4. CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Manage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, LeadSquared, Salesforce).
  • Implement automated lead nurturing workflows (emails, SMS, WhatsApp).
  • Track lead quality and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.

5. Content Creation & Branding

  • Create or coordinate high-quality content such as** blogs, project descriptions, brochures, email newsletters**, and ad copy.
  • Maintain consistency with the brand identity across all digital platforms.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Data Studio, etc.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports covering leads, campaign KPIs, and marketing ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Analytics.
  • Knowledge of CRM and lead management tools.
  • Creative thinking with strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with video marketing, drone shoot coordination, and walkthrough content.
  • Knowledge of real estate marketing tools (MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com).
  • Basic understanding of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
