We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who has strong hands-on experience in YouTube, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and overall digital growth strategy. The candidate should be data-driven, creative, and capable of scaling online student acquisition for educational products (online & offline).

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Marketing & Performance Ads

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation and branding
  • Control ad budgets, CPL, ROAS, and conversion tracking
  • A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and funnels

2. YouTube & Video Marketing

  • Growth strategy for YouTube channel (organic + paid)
  • Content planning in coordination with academic & content teams
  • Optimize video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, CTR, and watch time
  • Run YouTube Ads for course promotions & brand awareness

3. Social Media Marketing

  • Manage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X
  • Content calendar planning (posts, reels, stories, carousels)
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors
  • Build brand authority and community engagement

4. SEO & Website Optimization

  • On-page & basic technical SEO understanding
  • Keyword research for courses, exams, and educational content
  • Work with content team to improve organic traffic
  • Optimize landing pages for lead conversion

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Dashboard
  • Track leads, conversions, funnel performance, and retention
  • Weekly & monthly performance reports with insights and action plans

6. Campaign Planning & Product Launch

  • Plan digital campaigns for:
  • New course launches
  • Test series
  • Offline admissions
  • Free webinars & mentorship sessions
  • Coordinate with sales/counselling team for lead quality & follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • YouTube Marketing
  • Google Analytics
  • Experience in Education / Coaching / EdTech domain (preferred)
  • Understanding of lead generation & conversion funnels
  • Ability to manage agencies/vendors if required
  • Good communication & team coordination skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Has worked with UPSC / MPSC / NEET / JEE / Competitive Exam brands
  • Understands student mindset & admission cycles
  • Data-driven + creative thinker
  • Can handle pressure during launches and admission seasons

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,040.65 - ₹25,000.00 per month
