We are looking for a proactive, adaptable and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to support our growing marketing team. Location - Frazer Town, Bangalore / Srinagar
Reporting to - Head of Marketing & Strategy
Key Responsibilities -
- Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels, ensuring clear objectives and measurable results.
- Manage end-to-end campaign development: briefing, content creation, execution, optimisation, and reporting.
- Develop and own tactical brand positioning, value proposition, to drive revenue growth and client attraction.
- Define target audience personas and messaging frameworks for campaigns across Google, Meta, Linkedin and X.
- Translate insights, data, and industry trends into actionable strategies, creative briefs, and campaign plans.
- Align marketing strategies to business objectives and measure performance via ROI-focused dashboards.
- Build and maintain a seasonal campaign calendar aligned with key commercial milestones.
Qualifications -
- 3 - 4 years experience in marketing, with proven expertise across brand, campaigns, and growth strategy.
- A track record of leading successful multi-channel campaigns and delivering measurable business results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and performance optimization.
- Comfort with data and reporting, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- A passion for innovation in brand, content, and experience marketing.
- Familiarity with following Platforms: Google Marketing Platforms, Meta Suite, Zoho, Project Management Software, Linkedin Ads, Twitter Ads, Whatsapp/SMS Marketing or similar platforms

Pay: ₹17,339.15 - ₹35,000.00 per month
