Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage our Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) marketing campaigns, handle account management, and oversee post creation and digital content strategy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and creating engaging social media content that drives results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Google & Meta Marketing

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize ad campaigns for ROI, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spending.

2. Account Management

  • Manage multiple brand accounts across Google and Meta platforms.
  • Coordinate with clients/teams for campaign objectives and approvals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy discussions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.

3. Content & Post Creation

  • Create and schedule engaging social media posts, stories, and reels.
  • Develop creative copies, captions, and hashtags aligned with brand tone.
  • Collaborate with designers for visual content (images, videos, GIFs).
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting.

4. Reporting & Optimization

  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign insights and implement improvements.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics Tools.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and data-driven thinking.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later for scheduling.
  • Basic understanding of video editing or design tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
