Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution across teams—creative, website, social, teacher network, and field teams.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and ensure campaign assets go live as planned.
- Work with designers and copywriters to ensure creative alignment across platforms.
- Track campaign performance and suggest optimizations for reach, leads, and conversions.
- Support digital advertising efforts by managing assets and monitoring basic metrics.
- Maintain campaign sheets, lead dashboards, and data reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with teacher coordinators to ensure real-time alignment between marketing programs and and teacher engagement for that
Who You Are
- 4–7 years of experience in campaign coordination, digital marketing, or project management.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills; thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable with basic data analysis and campaign performance tracking.
- Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Canva, and task management apps.
- A good communicator who can bridge gaps between creative, digital, and operational teams.
- Eager to learn, adapt, and grow within a mission-led organization.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
