THINC Institute of Design, one of the fastest-growing entrance coaching institute specializing in Design and Architecture Entrance exams, is actively seeking talented individuals to join our team as Digital Marketing Manager.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Job Location: Trivandrum
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with institute goals.
* Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns, paid ads across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
* Oversee lead generation, SEO, SEM, ocial media and content creation for generating leads.
* Manage and optimize the institute’s website, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
* Lead and mentor the digital marketing team including the editors & designers, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
* Coordinate with Academics & Admissions department to align with marketing messaging.
* Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and insights, and optimize based on data.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding in marketing.
* Strong expertise in paid ads campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, and analytics.
* Proven ability to manage teams and deliver measurable results.
* Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills, good with MS Excel or other analytical tools.
* Previously handled marketing & media team.
* Experience in education, coaching institutes, or EdTech is a strong advantage.
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of total experience in digital marketing.
* At least 3 years of full time experience in a leadership role
