Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Brand Building

  • Create and execute a strong digital marketing strategy for skincare products.
  • Build brand visibility across all online platforms.
  • Understand skincare audience behavior and create targeted campaigns.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Plan monthly content calendar: reels, posts, skincare tips, before-after content.
  • Handle comments, DMs, and customer engagement.
  • Work with designers/creators to produce high-quality content.

3. Paid Ads & Performance Marketing

  • Run and optimize Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads.
  • Manage budgets and track ROI for each campaign.
  • Create campaigns for:
  • Product launches
  • Awareness
  • Lead generation
  • Website traffic
  • Online sales (if applicable)

4. Influencer & Collaboration Management

  • Identify skincare influencers, bloggers, dermat creators, and negotiate collaborations.
  • Manage influencer campaigns, product seeding, and paid partnerships.
  • Track influencer performance.

5. Website, SEO & E-commerce

  • Manage website updates, product listings, and landing pages.
  • Ensure product descriptions, images, and reviews are optimized.
  • Implement SEO strategies:
  • Keyword research
  • On-page/off-page SEO
  • Blog writing
  • Support sales on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa (if applicable).

6. Content Marketing

  • Create skincare blogs, educational content, customer success stories.
  • Promote content that increases trust and brand authority.

7. Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Suggest improvements based on data.

8. Customer Retention & Email/SMS Marketing

  • Design automated campaigns to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Build customer loyalty programs and newsletters.

9. Coordination & Team Management

  • Coordinate with sales, product development, and graphic design teams.
  • Manage agency partners and freelancers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
