Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital campaigns across all major channels. This person must have a 360° understanding of digital marketing—from social media and SEO/SEM to content strategy, user experience, and web development fundamentals. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, content creators, and clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement full-funnel digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
- Plan and manage campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other performance channels.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and performance optimization.
Social Media Marketing
- Create and manage organic and paid social media strategies across platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Oversee content calendars, brand messaging, and community engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content to maximize reach and engagement.
SEO & SEM
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) and optimize for conversions.
- Collaborate with the content and development teams to improve on-page SEO, site performance, and search visibility.
- Monitor analytics and generate detailed performance reports.
UI/UX & Web Collaboration
- Work closely with design and development teams to ensure websites and landing pages follow best practices for UX, conversion optimization, and SEO.
- Provide strategic input on user flows, wireframes, and page structure to enhance performance and engagement.
- Understand the fundamentals of web design, CMS platforms, and analytics tools to support project delivery.
Client & Project Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on digital marketing initiatives.
- Translate client objectives into actionable plans and measurable KPIs.
- Present reports, insights, and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign execution.
RequirementsSkills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, and similar tools.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and how they influence digital performance.
- Familiarity with web design/development concepts (WordPress, Shopify, landing page builders, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of content marketing and copywriting best practices.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or Meta BluePrint.
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
