Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is equal parts storyteller, strategist, and performance marketer. Someone who can lead the digital division end-to-end — from brand storytelling and content direction to SEO, paid performance, analytics, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own the digital marketing roadmap for D2C and marketplaces
- Lead and develop the digital team (content, social, SEO, paid ads)
- Own Meta/Google/Amazon ads with clear ROI targets
- Drive SEO growth and improve website performance
- Build dashboards for traffic, conversions, ROAS, attribution
- Develop strong storytelling-driven campaigns
- Collaborate across product, e-commerce, marketing
Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years digital marketing experience
- Strong storytelling + content judgement
- Hands-on Meta/Google Ads experience
- Strong SEO understanding (technical + on-page/off-page)
- Proficiency in GA4, Ads Manager, Shopify analytics
- Team management experience
- Mature decision-making and ownership

Salary Feasibility
