Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Operations Head to lead and manage our end-to-end digital marketing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, paid advertising, WordPress, graphic design coordination, and overall digital strategy execution. This role requires both strategic leadership and practical execution ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all digital marketing operations including SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Social Media, and Website management
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO) to drive organic growth
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) with clear ROI tracking
- Oversee WordPress websites – performance, SEO structure, landing pages, updates, and security
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
- Review creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and website UX for conversion optimization
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Set KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems for campaigns and team performance
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team and external vendors/agencies
- Work closely with sales, business development, and leadership teams to support growth goals
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- SEO (Technical, On-page, Off-page)
- Paid Ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- WordPress (themes, plugins, basic troubleshooting)
- Graphic design understanding (Adobe, Canva, creative review)
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnels
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Experience handling multiple clients or brands
- Ability to align marketing operations with business growth objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in agency or fast-growing startup environment
- Knowledge of automation tools, CRM integrations, and AI-based marketing tools is a plus

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
