We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager / Growth Strategist who will own end-to-end lead generation across digital channels.
This is a strategic + managerial role, not a pure execution role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own qualified lead generation across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing pages, etc.
- Build and execute lead-generation strategies for multiple products/services
- Manage a small team (website/content + creative)
- Prioritize tasks, follow up, and ensure timely delivery
- Track performance using GA4, GTM, Ads platforms, and CRM
- Analyze data, identify gaps, and continuously improve results
- Report clearly on leads, cost per lead, and funnel performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in digital lead generation
- Strategic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
- Solid knowledge of conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4)
- Experience managing people or freelancers
- Data-driven, outcome-focused mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
