Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview
Acclaro is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support and execute digital marketing strategies across a portfolio of B2B and healthcare-focused clients. This role blends hands-on execution with performance optimization and strategic thinking across multiple digital channels.
The ideal candidate has solid foundational experience, is comfortable operating in an agency environment, and is eager to grow into deeper ownership of strategy, optimization, and client impact.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Support
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned to client goals.
- Execute and optimize campaigns across paid media, programmatic, ABM, SEO, email, and web.
- Assist in translating account goals into measurable KPIs and performance benchmarks.
- Support ABM initiatives, including audience targeting, account lists, and multi-channel orchestration.
Programmatic & Paid Media
- Execute and optimize programmatic campaigns using DSPs and related platforms.
- Manage paid media campaigns across search, social, and display.
- Monitor pacing, budgets, targeting, and creative performance.
- Identify optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and ROI.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Track performance using GA4, ad platforms, and reporting dashboards.
- Analyze results and recommend optimizations and next steps.
- Support client and internal reporting with clear insights and summaries.
- Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and attribution across campaigns.
Execution & Collaboration
- Coordinate with creative, content, and account teams to ensure campaigns launch on time.
- QA digital assets and campaign setups for accuracy and brand alignment.
- Participate in client calls as a digital execution and performance resource.
- Contribute to improving digital processes, documentation, and repeatable playbooks.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms and execution.
- Experience supporting or executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Working knowledge of paid search, paid social, email, and website optimization.
- Comfort working with performance data and optimization workflows.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- B2B, healthcare, SaaS, or regulated industry experience.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, and CRM-driven marketing.
- Experience supporting audits, assessments, or performance reviews.
- Exposure to multi-touch attribution or lifecycle reporting.
Pay: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
