Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth through performance-driven digital strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, paid campaigns, content distribution, and marketing automation, and be capable of executing end-to-end digital marketing initiatives that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Own the digital marketing roadmap for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Plan and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budgets.

Performance & Growth Marketing

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube.
  • Drive MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline revenue through performance marketing.
  • Analyze and optimize CAC, CPL, ROI, CTR, and conversion metrics continuously.

Content & Brand Marketing

  • Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to create blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website content, landing pages, email campaigns, and newsletters.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

SEO, Website & Analytics

  • Own and execute SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
  • Improve website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM tools.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Implement and manage marketing automation workflows.
  • Align lead nurturing and scoring strategies with sales.
  • Maintain clean data and accurate reporting dashboards.

Social Media & Community

  • Build and maintain a strong presence on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
  • Manage both organic and paid social campaigns.
  • Represent the brand voice across all platforms.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Manage agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
  • Mentor junior marketers and interns.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6-9 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, paid ads, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology products.
  • Experience working with sales-driven organizations.
  • Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
  • Experience in startups or scale-ups.
