Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms and AI-driven marketing tools to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns
• Use AI tools for content creation, analytics, automation, and campaign optimization
• Plan and execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, and performance marketing campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights
• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging digital tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and advertising
• Hands-on experience with AI tools
• Good understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and content planning skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
