Digital Marketing Manager

We’re a creative digital marketing agency in growth mode — and we need a bold executor who can fully manage client campaigns, deadlines, communication, and delivery.

You will work like a mini-CEO, taking responsibility for client happiness and business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan & manage all digital marketing campaigns (social, ads, SEO)
• Coordinate with designers & developers to meet deadlines
• Handle client calls, updates, and upsells
• Track campaign performance and fix quality issues
• Close leads & upsell services (Bonus structure included)

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years in digital marketing (agency or freelance)
• Strong written & spoken English
• Excellent client communication
• Basic tools: Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google tools
• Most importantly: ownership attitude

Location: Calicut (preferred) or Remote

Pay: ₹5K–₹25K + Performance Bonus + Promotion Track

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
