Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms.
• Generate quality leads and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Manage social media strategy, content planning, and brand presence.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Manage budgets, daily spends, and performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and lead generation.
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
