With 35 passionate team members based in Ankara, we're ready to amplify our digital presence across global healthcare markets. We need a marketing leader who can buildand execute strategies that reach urologists, hospital administrators, and medical distributors worldwide.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our full-spectrum digital marketing initiatives. This role is critical to building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting our global distributor network. You will be responsible for content creation, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and event promotion across multiple languages and markets.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have significant autonomy to shape our digital presence and drive measurable growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management

Develop and execute social media content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms

Create engaging blog content that educates healthcare professionals, supports SEO goals, and establishes thought leadership

Design and write compelling newsletter campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers and distributors

Collaborate with product teams to translate technical features into compelling marketing messages

Produce case studies and success stories from hospitals using our devices
SEO & Website Optimization

Implement multi-language SEO strategies including keyword research, meta descriptions, title tags, and content optimization for English, Turkish, and other target markets

Drive website conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing, landing page optimization, UX improvements, and speed optimization Implement tracking and analytics across all digital touchpoints

Build landing pages optimized for different markets and customer segments

Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools; report on KPIs and recommend improvements
Paid Advertising

Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns in multiple languages targeting healthcare keywords

Manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns reaching hospital decision-makers and medical professionals

Develop retargeting strategies for website visitors and engaged prospects

Continuously test and refine ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI

Manage advertising budgets and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights
Email Marketing & Lifecycle Campaigns

Design and implement multi-language lifecycle email campaigns for lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement

Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on buyer journey stage, geography, and behavior

Set up and maintain marketing automation workflows using platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools
Event Marketing

Coordinate and promote company participation in medical trade shows, conferences, and webinars(e.g., MEDICA, Arab Health, local medical congresses)

Develop pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize lead generation and brand exposure

Manage event logistics coordination with marketing agencies and internal teams
Requirements

+5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role
-
Proven track record of managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with demonstrable ROI
-
Strong content creation skills with experience writing for B2B audiences

Solid understanding of SEO principles and hands-on experience with technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content SEO
-
Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation (N8N, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, or similar)

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near- native level)

Turkish language proficiency (native or fluent)

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Based in or willing to relocate to Ankara for full-time, on-site work
Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or B2B technology industries

Additional language skills (German, Arabic, Spanish, or Russian) are a significant plus

Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Experience with Framer CMS and basic HTML/CSS

Familiarity with Odoo CRM

Experience supporting international distributor networks or channel marketing

Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies

Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms
