We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team and spearhead the development and execution of innovative digital marketing strategies to increase our online visibility, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads for our coworking spaces. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising).
  • Content Creation and Optimization: Create compelling and engaging content for social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, and website pages, ensuring all content is optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring.
  • Paid Advertising (PPC): Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive targeted traffic and generate leads efficiently.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and implement strategies to capture leads through optimized landing pages and conversion funnels, working closely with the sales team to ensure alignment.
  • Market Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, new growth opportunities, and audience insights to inform future strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the design, content, sales, and community management teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven work experience (e.g., 2+ years) in a digital marketing role, with demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, email, and social media campaigns.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
