We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience across various digital channels including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content creation. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
- Create and maintain a digital marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- SEO & SEM Optimization:
- Manage SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings, drive traffic, and improve user engagement.
- Oversee SEM campaigns including Google Ads to increase visibility and drive quality traffic.
- Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content, including blogs, videos, infographics, and social media posts that engage and educate our target audience.
- Oversee the distribution and promotion of content across digital platforms.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand presence.
- Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and engage with followers to build a community.
- Email Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, including landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion optimization.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor, track, and analyze digital marketing performance through tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email platforms.
- Provide actionable insights and detailed reports on campaign performance and ROI to key stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Team Leadership:
- Work closely with other departments, including sales and product teams, to align digital marketing efforts with company goals.
- Manage and mentor junior digital marketing staff or interns, if applicable.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) and understanding of performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using social media platforms, email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and SEO tools.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS) and CMS platforms like WordPress is a bonus.

Preferred Qualifications:
