Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising digital marketing campaigns for Vairt and its subsidiaries. This role requires strong coordination skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage a team of Assistant Managers, Leads, Executives, and Trainees to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for assigned brands or projects.

* Supervise and mentor Assistant Managers, Leads, Executives, and Trainees to ensure productivity and goal achievement.

* Monitor key performance indicators, including lead generation target: 150–200 leads/month.

* Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

* Coordinate with Sales, Content, Design, and HR teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.

* Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and compliant with company SOPs.

* Prepare and present performance reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

Job Specification (JS):

Education & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

* Certifications in Digital Marketing or related areas are a plus.

Experience

* 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.

* Proven experience in managing campaigns and coordinating a team.

Skills & Competencies

* Strong understanding of social media platforms paid advertising, and digital analytics.

* Excellent team management, communication, and reporting skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

* Analytical mindset with experience in campaign optimization.

Work Requirements

* Must be available for on-site night shift aligned with USA time zones.

* Ability to monitor team activity and ensure task completion according to KPIs.
